A great read. Many great concepts. I wonder what workplaces would be like if the day commenced with 15 minutes of Dance. Lots of possibilities for creativity.

This is why I love SoulCycle, dance club on a bike in the morning day or evening. I am 5.5 years sober and look to other means for self expression through dance and movement without those 3am Ibiza nights. ;)

Totally! There's so much we can do to go out and expand, and still take care of ourselves :)

Fantastic article! Brings me joy - we need nightlife - and yes, it can indeed be healthful and kind to our bodies. So much to re-discover when we take a walk at night. All looks different and perhaps peaceful. Night sky, quieter landscape. Different birds. Different birdsong. And mocktails - every pub now is onto the concept and they taste even better than their alcohol laden brethren! Yes to a remembrance of the night.

Wonderful concept to imagine for the curious or sober curious folk. This sounds very relevant and healing …. which could be very beneficial to our stressed out & overly busy society. Thanks for writing about this wellness concept!

Thanks Karen! The more we can layer this in, the better! Wellness doesn't always have to look one way.
